Well, there's a bit more to this....................
The reason this is happening and the teens that are getting banned:
1. They are throwing shopping carts off upper floor balconies.
2. They are stealing Santa Claus computer/cash register at Xmas time.
3. They are stealing from stores.
4. They are getting in constant brawls.
5. They are stealing food from the food courts.
6. They are sitting around in groups and being boisterous.
7. They are loitering and breaking into cars.
8. They are walking around filming people and doing pranks.
9. They are smoking dope or selling drugs.
Many of the gallerias by me have curfew and chaperone notices on the main doors when you enter. Security leaves the teens alone unless they are doing something bad.
