I was able to close the 1.5 Captains of Crush a while back. Haven't done any more gripper work and now I can't find the gripper.  I have an unopened 2.0 Captains of Crush.

Recently bought the Titan Farmers Walks Handles.

I did the #2 CoC. Was very close with the 2.5 CoC. Had fun with grip stuff for years (I still do light grippers for reps, a 100 lb. "Inch" replica and fat-bar wrist rollers).
(And gripping my fat 8-inch caulk of course).  Anyhooo...  Grip is fun, but at 60 (next month) this Carpal shit is creeping in bad.

Squat is in the shitter (disc compression),bench is embarrassing (torn proximal left bicep and slap tear on right shoulder) but I tried deadlift the other day and pulled 475 easily.
Odd...  Belt SQ is doing me fine though w/ out compression. Can still load it up..  Had to move my gym into a smaller space. I bought a rack to replace my Smith, Power-rack and Functional Trainer/Rack. Things a beast (Maxum S-92).

I only lost some space, but no functionality. Whole rack of dumbbells going. I got the Power-blocks to 90, then I have 100-125 (if I heal).
All the rest will go. As my friend Funk knows, aging can be a bitch...  is what it is..  The belt SQ is great, and I think Ill sell the Bodysolid LEV-GYM and get an Inspire M2 (50-exercise machine for "pumping" stuff)... Lady has one here local for sale. She paid 3500.00 (kook) selling for 700...

Old gym (bigger room) turning it into more living space. (Kids dont seem to want to go anywhere w/ house prices)..

Still a fine home gym, GR.

For grip all I do right now are fingertip push-ups, chins and pull-ups.

Still a fine home.gym, GR.

It works... I can still do everything I did before in the larger space. I stopped the "eat every 3 hours thing" and just eat like once or twice a day (literally eggs, lean beef, turkey-burger, rice, apples). Went from 205 to 184 in like a month (been holding this weight for like 5 months now, easy). Water weight pissed right out... Still doing my 70 mg a week of TRT (though Doc prescribes 200) I just save the extra in case I need it one day... More is not better.
(PSA, Hematocrit, etc).

Anyone see Hankins Youtube lately??  Pushing his poor kid into boxing now, high-voicing him, kid looks scared... A sad kvnt..

Kids gonna hurt himself squatting too, looks like MIke J. Fox getting off the shitter... TardVille...

A couple of decades ago I bought the CoC trainer and 1, 2 and 3. I trained for a while and got up to like 10 reps with the #2. But then it didn't seem to budge so I gave it up. Trying the #3 it feels unbelievable someone can close it, let alone the #4. I think you have to have right size hand genetically.

It's interesting grip strength is positively related to longevity. A few years ago at hospital with Covid they tested my grip strength as I was recovering.

That’s very impressive. You ever get to try the SOTSKY grip trainer?

I didn't think it was impressive as the #3 felt so out of reach and impossible. There are probably many non-lifters who can rep it; naturally strong hands :D

No I haven't heard of that trainer. I have the CoC #1 here and I should start a routine again, see if something happens.

I'd pay $500.00 just to keep these tools away from me...

I've closed the 2.5 coc and very close with the #3. Not a card set, though.

Still a fine home gym, GR.

I see neither a speed bag nor a heavy bag, no weird crooked rogue bars or oddly shaped 45lb plates and no vehicles and bicycles cramming you into a small corner area, so far from ideal.

Big thing is the handle spread, a lot of guys are very strong, but their hands are too short. I've seen some impressive numbers out of lighter basketball players, because of hand length.

Not a huge gripper guy, I get more out of thick bar work, and climbing.

Been using the Fat Gripz more lately. Presses feel great with the blue Fat Gripz on the dumbbells. The orange Fat Gripz are a challenge. Even getting them put on the dumbbells is difficult because they’re so stiff.

Maybe I'll start some of the other kinds of grip work. There are some guys into grip work at the gym and there are a whole bunch of different grip implements there. Rolling thunder, thick bars, attachments you grip with your finger tops, some round, some like bricks and so on. I never missed a deadlift because of grip; only time was when I did some 2 inch lockouts in the rack just to see where it failed. I think it was at about 930 :D But it doesn't translate into grippers. You happen to have access to an Eleiko 50kg metal plate? A few of us competed against each other on time lifting it with one hand. Hurt the fingers like a son of a bitch.

Have you been informed that once punctured a vial of test should be used within 28 days? Hopefully, you are getting your test prescription filled in 1 mil vials. When not punctured they should be okay for somewhere between one and five years. My prescription calls for injecting 75 mg Test Cypionate once a week, but I inject the entire 1 mil vial and keep a close watch on my Hgb levels.

Pay no mind to that recommendation. I don't know why they put that rec on there, perhaps so people will buy new vials faster. I remember Dr Mauro Diasquale having a column in MMI where he said as long as the oil is clear it can be used years past expiry. I recently had some single use ampoules that had expired 10 years ago and they worked great. Perhaps a punctured multi use vial degrades faster but 28 days is absurd, lots of guys on HRT doing say 100mg a day have their vials last 20 weeks and it's never a problem. I've had punctured vials sitting for a couple of years that I later used.

Supporting (deadlift) and pinch grip strength is most important in my opinion.

I've found finger-tip push-ups on tiles to be the best.

Every second day followed by chins and pull-ups.

I'd be interested in knowing which getbiggers could lift one of these with one hand. They are completely flat on the other side. 115lbs. Basile probably could, a few others could too I'm sure. I thought my fingers would break, unbelievably painful :D

We don't see many of the Eleikos, but we have Ivankos which are similar. I don't even like picking them up off the floor if they're lying flat ;D. My best pinch was 2 thin #35's, never had the desire to try further.

how much did you rolling thunder? I did at best 85 kg like 10+ years ago(naturally though so I think that's pretty good). But there was a big guy I met that did 98kg.. dudes hands where strong af. Felkt like a kid shaking his hands.

Now I havn't done specific grip stuff for a while. Just tried it and did 77 kgs. If I start some steroids I could probably do 90+ if training for it

I haven't tried loading the Rolling Thunder yet. I'm in a veey weakned state at the moment so will have to  recover my baselibe strength before the RT weight says something relevant. I always felt Anadrol in particular helped grip strength, I could almost feel my grip improving about 2-4 hours after a single dose, just by how it felt making a tight fist LOL. But Anadrol is probably over for me :'( :D

How's your natural lifestyle going, doing any HCG still? It would be interesting to see if the test boosting peptides raised your natural test 8)

One thing I did note is that MK-677 increased my grip strength.

Haven't used it in almost two years though.

MK massively increased my strength in some exercises. I think it's mostly a sort of an indirect mechanism, not the GH boost itself. It fills you up with water and weight on the scale which in my case helped a lot. One friend saw a 6lbs scale increase from one single pill, did that a couple of times to verify. It also makes you EAT and that doesn't hurt. It can be dangerous for your health, for example if your glucose spikes and you don't take countermeasures. I use Lantus insulin. I just started it now for appetite. Overnight I went from not eating at all some days to thinking about food constantly.

well no. I ordered HCG along with test but it was taken(got a letter home).

so since then I didn't want to order anything. don't want house search by cops(husransakan) or have anything on my records.

but I feel fine my balls has grown in size so I think my natural production has kicked in by itself. I don't feel depression or anthing so it's fine. My strenth is down around 15% or so and will not budge even thou training hard. Actually wanted to get on some test cycle again for fun for a few months but I guess I have to find a dealer in person because of how they seem to go through packages more (or I was just unlucky)

would be fun going on androl but I feel like if I start dabble in that it will go to just going on more and more stuff so I'll just stick to some test. No competetive plans anyways at my age too late for that.

Damn that sucks with the seizure. Never had to deal with that during my 30 years of juicing; this is why I never went online to find stuff, which limited what I had access to though. Seems there are so many seizures, in many cities they don't go forward with investigations on small orders. A letter sometimes, which I wouldn't reply to, but I don't give legal advice. I have a couple of friends who have gotten a dozen letters or so until address flagged and everything opened, but no legal action. I have read they open a lot of domestic package semi-randomly now, sometimes the dealer/sender may be under investigation though.
