I remember seeing top IFBB Pros go on the daytime talk shows back in the 90s and claiming they were natural and it was all tested "just like in the Olympics". You know what natural means in this context. It refers to being drug (anabolic hormones)free. Don’t go all Hankins and manipulate the meaning of this, it’s not natural to wear shoes and eat whey protein….
