We had a "Power Lift" model/company in my old gym..................... .I went from a 25 pound plate to around 90 pounds for perfect controlled reps, and rehabbed my lower back, as well as making my posterior chain insanely powerful by comparison.

I have 3 bulging discs but it still helped immensely even if i was the placebo effect but I discounted that as my pain had subsided and was then gone.

I’m a little concerned about his warmup weights with the titanium knees. I hope he’s at least doing 5-10 minutes of cardio to get his core temperature up prior to lifting. Even 135 on bench isn’t a wise move with an already torn pec. Flat benching in itself is shit.

Actually with titanium knees all he needs to warm up is 45 seconds with a blow dryer set on medium heat held 7-9 inches from his knees. The skin over the knee area is so thin and delicate they will heat up instantly and be at full working capacity.
