How to deal with a boss that constantly picks on you?

The job sucks but if it is your best option at the moment I would continue. Btw, can't you find some shitty security job where you sit on your ass all day or night (part time of course) and get paid for studying your college work? Anyways, go to the GM and air it out. Your manager will likely be looking for a way to get rid of your at this point. Likely claiming you are taking cash or something of that nature. At a more legitimate business, you would go to human resources, and the person your manager reports to and air it out. You have witnesses. Work place bullying and harassment are hot topic these days. If he is new he is still on probation. The guy is fucked! Don't talk about taking things outside. That is a threat, and you can be fucked for it.

I used to wait tables and usually wound up dating a fellow server who the manager desperately wanted to bang but couldn't. So he'd take shit out on me much like your manager is doing. Yeah worst part is I work with my girl and he takes everything she does out on me too. The other day she forgot to dump out the tea and wash the container so instead of telling her, he tells me to go scrub it for 10 minutes solely because I'm her boyfriend. We also have a man that comes in once a month and he tips so much money (over 100 dollars) that they have a list on which server gets him next. I was supposed to be next on the list but he skipped me and gave it to a guy who had just had him then gave it to my girl today and claimed he completely forgot about me. The worst part is he seats me the very old and cheap tippers and Asians/Blacks because he thinks they don't tip well and thinks I don't notice. Then when I got a big table a few days ago (15 people) he tells me that my girl will be taking 5 of them because it's a big table and then yesterday a table of 14 comes in and he gives it to my girl and tells me not to go near that table because she can handle it on her own.

This is going to prove to be prophetic.  Tip:  Don't kiss her after her shift unless she douches out her mouth.

Yeah that's what happened to me at my old job. The bartender took one of my coworkers on a date and she rejected him then ended up going out with me. Long story short he found out I banged her 2 weeks later then went to the owner (his uncle) and told him I was drinking on the job which I wasn't and he fired me.

They are giving me the empty/never seated sections of the restaurant and give me tables that don't tip a lot. Also I have the lowest hourly out of every server, even a new person there who got hired a month after me got a higher starting pay for no reason. How do I deal with this situation. My other boss is the one who gives me horrible sections and then I get blamed for everything even if it has nothing to with me like someone forgetting to do their side work before they leave.

Dude, tell him to fuck off and QUIT. It's just a part-time job. You can find another one where you won't have to deal with that kind of abuse. School is stressful enough. You don't need that kind of pressure on top of it.

If it was a chick, even an average 4-5 out of 10, start running some game and giving her sly smiles, telling shit jokes and comment on how she's looking fit (and hot if you're really game). Then ask her about her weekends, lie about going to the same bars or clubs as her, saying something suggestive like "might see you there one weekend", suss out when she's actually gonna be at one of these said clubs, tune her, act like she's the hottest chick in the joint, listen to her bullshit stories and buy her a drink (only one or two, don't go overboard) and get her home and bang her! You might find out that her bitchyness and 'wraggy' attitude equates to her being a demon in the sack! I've found that the hardest chicks to handle with the shortest attitudes in the workplace are just in need of a good fuck!
