I drank egg whites back in the gh15 days and that stuff gave me the most foul smelling farts , even I was having a hard time dealing w them

Absolutely idiotic diet strategy, his best physique was in 09 working with Hanny Rambod, who upped his fats dramatically, egg whites are the most pathetic bro food, completely void of any nutrients.
