Brian, you really need to put some effort into creating a proper setup for your videos. When Josh filmed his, he had a strong, commanding presence. Partly because of the cool Seinfeld artwork nicely displayed behind him. In comparison, just propping pictures on top of your window frame comes across as tacky and halfhearted. Take the time to buy a proper frame and hang it up yourself. Show a bit more care and professionalism, and your audience will start taking you more seriously.
