I stand by my statement though that he is living the life. Doesn't work (assuming social media money). Juices moderately, trains moderately, hits the buffet for a couple of hours after the gym and eats moderately clean. Carries a lot of mass and bangs the best in class in what he's attracted to. Living the dream!

Being me I remember some details LOL. IIRC Golias a few years ago claimed he did not use any growth hormone. To me it's an interesting claim for a few reasons, because why wouldn't he? And if he talks about steroids openly why lie about GH? No real good reason. I can't recall if he had some reason for not doing it but practically no heavy PED user avoids it completely unless it's actually killing them acutely or something. Interesting is all

2-3g is pretty lightweight, 5-6g and 30-50iu GH at times plus 300iu insulin wouldn't surprise me LOL. Former getbigger tbombz did 40iu plus of GH but then had heart failure. Though at the same time PED effects don't increase linearly so I'm somewhat kidding. Did you see this Russian guy say he tried 100iu GH for a week?

I hope ESFitness is alive and ok. He is as extreme as they come and been through a lot. IIRC his preworkout was 200mg of Dianabol with 200mg of Viagra plus some Cialis as well
